## Thesis: Old industries, local trust, new leverage.

The same pattern runs through every venture: a fragmented, offline-heavy market where people struggle to know whom to trust — rebuilt as a lean, data-driven product.

- **Trust is the product** (real estate): The biggest decision most people make, guided by whoever knocks first. Verified local track records change that.
- **Direct beats the middleman** (hospitality): Hosts and guests both lose to platform fees. Direct booking and curated quality bring the value back to them.
- **Leverage for a team of one** (ai): AI does the ratings, the content and the operations, so one founder can run several real-world businesses.

## About

I co-founded stayFritz in 2019 with Kerstin Langenberg: a family company in Schliersee that now runs 189 holiday homes in the Alps, on Mallorca and in Istria, with its own teams on site. Alongside it I build ventures that apply the same playbook to other markets where trust is local and the tools are old: estate agents, rent pricing for landlords, regional jobs, licensed rentals. I run them lean, with a lot of AI doing the routine work.
